GENERAL BUSINESS TERMS

These Terms and Conditions apply to any products or services purchased from American Sequoia Sàrl (d/b/a Springfree Switzerland) on the website, www.springfree.ch.



Sales contract:


The products and prices published in the www.springfree.ch online store constitute an offer. By placing an order, you accept these terms and conditions in their entirety. 


The receipt of the order is confirmed to you by an automatically generated email and sent to the address provided by you. The confirmation email of a placed order does not constitute a guarantee of availability or delivery. It only tells the customer that Springfree Switzerland has received your order.


Springfree Switzerland reserves the right to verify the order, prices, availability and payment.


In case of a product ordered out of stock or there is an error,  we will contact you to remedy the situation. We will inform you of the expected delay and we will propose alternative products. If, however, you are not satisfied, we can cancel your order and refund you in full.



Price:


All our prices are indicated in Swiss Francs CHF, with VAT included.



Shipping times:


Estimated shipping times are indicated with the product description but are not guaranteed. We make every effort to respect estimated delivery times.



Delivery:


Springfree Switzerland’s area includes the entire territory of Switzerland and the Principality of Liechtenstein.

For delivery in Switzerland, a participation on your part is required. 


Delivery charges are as follows:

-Trampoline CHF85

-Accessory CHF10 

-Accessory Pack CHF30


In case of delivery in a pedestrian zone, additional fees will apply. Assembly is not included unless indicated or planned in advance. Deliveries are made by Springfree Switzerland, a shipping company or by DPD. The shipping company will contact you to set up a date and time slot. Additional charges will be billed if you want a specific delivery time. We do not ship to PO Boxes. It is also possible to pick up the goods at our store in Bellevue (GE). If this is the case, please inform us by email or telephone.



Payment:


Our terms are full payment before pickup or delivery of goods.

All products and services are payable either by:

-Bank transfer in advance

-Post EFinance, Postfinance Card

-Credit card: Mastercard; Visa; Diners Club

-PayPal



Warranty:


Goods are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty, which is indicated in the installation manual.



Responsibility:


Buyers opting to assemble products themselves are responsible for proper installation according to guidelines provided by the manufacturer. Usage guidelines must be followed and regular maintenance checks performed. American Sequoia Sàrl cannot be held responsible for injuries or damage resulting from customer’s installation and use.



Cancellation:


If you change your mind for any reason after placing your order, you can cancel your order if the goods have not been shipped. To cancel an order, you need to contact us by phone. Emails do not constitute a notice of cancellation. For items that have been shipped, please refer to the right of return policy.



Right of return:


Goods can be returned within 10 days from the date of delivery in its original unopened packaging in perfect condition, and be reimbursed. Return shipping fees are the responsibility of the buyer.



Online privacy:

All personal data will be kept confidential and will not be disclosed to third parties except for information required to deliver your order. All data will be recorded and used only by American Sequoia Sàrl.
